Cucumber Grape Smoothie
I love this Cucumber Grape Smoothie for a few reasons.
Unexpected ingredients - who expects cucumbers and grapes to be in a smoothie?
It tastes great - although the ingredients are unexpected, it's light and refreshing!
No garden cucumber goes to waste - what do you do with all the cucumbers growing in your garden? Use them here!
I have been on a smoothie kick lately with two of my other favorite smoothies: Hydrating Strawberry Banana Smoothie and Summer Berry Smoothie. These are excellent choices for combating the summer heat, staying hydrated, and getting antioxidants.
Cucumbers are full of water, so they are very hydrating. They also are known to help with digestion and aid weight loss. Grapes are packed with vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
Let me know what you think of this smoothie!
